To help you make the most of the great offers we have in our Sale we are giving you FREE standard UK delivery until September 14th including bikes!

At Evans Cycles we know that when you place an order with us that you want your goods delivered fast and in good condition. That’s why we only use the best couriers and postal services available to deliver our goods to you.

We also pride ourselves on the packaging of our goods and in particular the assembly and packaging of our bikes prior to dispatch.

UK delivery

We offer standard, priority and Saturday delivery services to UK delivery addresses. FREE delivery options are available on almost all UK orders.

Ship2Store delivery

Using our Ship2Store service your order will be delivered to your local Evans Cycles store for collection. This service is FREE of charge for all orders.

International delivery

At Evans Cycles we deliver bikes and cycling goods worldwide. Costs vary depending on the destination. Non-EU delivery destinations are exempt from VAT. Most orders qualify for FREE international delivery.

Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man delivery

Yes we do deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man. Channel Island deliveries are exempt from VAT (Jersey orders over £400 are subject to GST of 3%). Most orders qualify for FREE international delivery.

BFPO delivery

We can deliver orders to members of the armed forces at BFPO addresses. Please note we cannot deliver bicycles or bulky items to BFPO addresses under any circumstances.

Calculating delivery charges

International delivery is FREE of charge on clothing & accessory orders over £50

Other delivery options and delivery charges depend on the type of product, value of order and the delivery destination.

The delivery charge for standard UK delivery is calculated by default and displayed in your basket.

To calculate precise charges for your order simply add the desired products to your basket and start the checkout process. During this process you will need to enter your delivery details. Based on this information our website will present you with the relevant delivery options and the charges for your basket of goods.

Important points about delivery

Signed for deliveries

We use signature services for our deliveries. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace or a neighbour’s address. To do this, simply enter a new address in the delivery address screen as prompted.

Security checks

Before we can dispatch your order we may need to undertake additional manual security checks. These checks are to safeguard our customer’s security and privacy. As part of our checks we may call you and request additional identification.

Special instructions

We cannot provide postman and couriers with special delivery instructions such as "If I am out please leave behind shed".

Part order dispatch

We don't charge delivery more than once! If your order contains multiple items, some of which may not be in stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and then dispatch the other items as they come into stock. You will only be charged delivery once.

Ride it! entries

No delivery charges are applied to orders that only contain Ride It! entries.
